Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tower Creations by TC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy - Non-Customized Orders

Non-Customized Orders are orders that are comprised of inventory currently in-stock. These orders ship within three (3) days. Please allow up to an additional five (5) days, in transit, for delivery. We will contact you via email or social media message if any delays in shipment are anticipated. All made to order or customized orders take five (5) to ten (10) days to create. Please let us know if you need things processed/created more quickly and we will try to accommodate you.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy - Customized Orders

Customized Orders are orders that are partially or wholly comprised of inventory currently NOT in-stock. If your order is customized, it may require time for materials to be sourced and transit for sourced items. If this time exceeds 2-3 business days, you will be notified by message or email. Custom Orders ship within five (5) to six (6) days. Please allow up to an additional five (5) days in transit. 

 

International Shipping Policy

International Shipping Rates will apply to all orders having a destinations outside the United States. If your order is customized, it may require time for materials to be sourced and transit for sourced items. If this time exceeds 2-3 business days, you will be notified by message or email. International Orders ship within five (5) to six (6) days. Please allow up to an additional fifteen (15) days in transit. Tower Creations by TC ships worldwide and shipping rates are provided by third-party carriers. Shipping costs associated with International Shipping are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Hold Harmless

Delivery delays caused by acts of nature, the third-party shipper, etc. can occasionally occur. Tower Creations by TC or any of its affiliates will not be held responsible for any actions taken due to any such delays. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tower Creations by TC or any of its affiliates is (are) not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Tower Creations by TC or any of its affiliates is (are) not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file for a warranty replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
